Spacious house for 6 (+2) people in a quiet location in Pula. The house is newly renovated and equipped with everything you need.
It is 5 minutes away from the sea and the center of Pula by car. Two big supermarket’s are just on 1 km from the house, and one smaller in walking distance of couple of minutes.
It is extremely practical that it is only a 5-minute drive from the highway, with which you are within easy reach of larger cities such as Rovinj, Poreč
Features
Newly decorated spacious house for 6 (+2) people. The house is divided into two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a new kitchen and dining room. Bedroom with double bed (wardrobe, king size bed) and bathroom (bathtub, washing machine).The living room and bedroom have their own terrace. (the ground floor suite for 3 person).
On the first floor, there is a bigger living room with a balcony, kitchen, and dining room. Two bedrooms with double bed (wardrobe, king size bed) and shared balcony. One large bathroom ( bathtub, bidet) and one toilet ( washing machine). (the first floor suite for 5 person) The house has a fenced private parking for 3 cars and an electric gate. On the other side of the house, there is a beautiful fenced green garden with a private pool (6 deck chairs, 2 parasols) and an outdoor kitchen (outdoor grill, sink, gas stove, dining table).
Outdoor area
The outdoor space revolves around pool (6mx 3m, 150cm deep) with the beautiful green grass carpet. Tiled steps provide easy access to pool. The sun deck providing sunshine throughout the day. Sun loungers are available for sunbathing, or alternatively can be shaded if required.
An outdoor kitchen is equipment with outdoor grill, gas stove and big dining table for 8 person. An extra toilet near the pool so you don’t have to enter the house.
Surrounding area
A well- stocked supermarket is located in walking distance, but there is two big supermarket’s just on 1 km from the house. Petrol station also on 1 km. The location offers access to more than 30 beaches within a radius of 5 km. From the extremely famous Verudela, which is less than a 5-minute drive away. A slightly different and totally mystical beach of Galebov stijene with a special cave where you have to swim. The Medulin Riviera is 7 km away; to Premantura likewise. If you want to visit the other side of the coast, you can head towards Fažana or Puntižela. More about the possibilities of where to go swimming and what to do will be waiting for you in the house in a carefully prepared guide.
For all the info that guest need will be provided by the host. Host will wait for the guest in the house to give the keys and make the 30 min introduction of the house. All the info about where to go and what to do will be prepared in pamflet, and also on web site with articles and map guide.

Unkomplizierter Kontakt mit Natasa, die in der Unterkunft auf uns gewartet hat, auch wenn wir später als gedacht angekommen sind. Besonders hilfreich waren auch die Tipps zu nahegelegenen Stränden und für Unternehmungen mit unseren Kindern. Eine Mappe mit Empfehlungen war ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Unterkunft war sauber und mehr als genug Platz vorhanden! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Nekompliciran kontakt s Natašom, koja nas je čekala u smještaju, čak i ako smo stigli kasnije od očekivanog. Posebno su nam pomogli savjeti o obližnjim plažama i aktivnostima koje možemo raditi s djecom. Bila je dostupna i mapa s preporukama.
Smještaj je bio čist i bilo je više nego dovoljno prostora! Osjećali smo se vrlo ugodno!

Wir wurden freundlich, mit einer kurzen Einweisung und den ersten Tipps & Empfehlungen für die Gegend empfangen.
Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben.
Wir waren zu 6 und die Unterkunft war leicht groß genug für uns. Der Pool hatte trotz relativ warmen Tagen eine angenehme / erfrischende Temperatur.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft und können einen Aufenhalt nur empfehlen.

Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Allerdings sind die angegeben Bilder zwei separate Wohnungen, die hausintern nicht miteinander verbunden sind.
Ansonsten ein top Aufenthalt, in guter Lage.

Wat hebben wij een fijne tijd gehad in het huis ondanks wat problemen. Wegens een plots ziekenhuisbezoek niet veel kunnen doen maar wel altijd kunnen ontspannen in deze prachtige villa. Ook was de host elk meedenkend met het feit dat iemand van ons in het ziekenhuis heeft moeten liggen. De host reageert super snel wat erg fijn is.
De buitenkeuken is perfect om lekker te barbecueën tijdens het zwemmen, met een supermarkt om de hoek is dit ideaal voor lunch/avondeten.
Ook is het centrum van Pula erg dichtbij. Via de host hebben wij fietsen kunnen huren voor een goeie prijs en elke dag in 10 minuutjes naar de stad gefietst
