Location
Situated 500m from Vinkuran bay at the begining of the protected forest Soline, this holiday house is in a quiet neighbourhood occupied mostly with private houses and apartments. The town of Pula is a quick 5 minute drive away (4 km) while the towns of Medulin, Fažana or Premantura are between 5 to 10 minutes away. It is also a great location for a series of beach days as you can visit a different beach every day. There are more that 30 options within a 5 km radius including cape Kamenjak – a natural park that was named one of the top places in the world to see by National Geographic.
The nearest beach is just 500m from the apartment. This house is surrounded by approximately 10 km of great walking track near the coast while a couple of bike roads pass just in front of the house.
Cezar Apartments offers a large garden, terrace, and air-conditioned accommodation each with a balcony and free Wi-Fi.
This holiday home is perfect for families and friends as it is actually the composition of 4 separate apartments.
Beach of Vinkuran is below the hill that is covered with thick underbrushand forest oak. The beach is located on the right side of Vinkuran bay and can be reached by unpaved road. With the port of Vinkuran to Banjole there is a promenade which you can tour the whole Vinkuranskom wave. Along the promenade are lonely wild places for swimming.
In only 10 minutes you can sail to the Fratarski island or small island Fraškeri, which are seated in-front of Vinkuran Bay. You will be delight with beautiful crystal clear water. Do not forget to bring your snorkeling gear.
Features
This is a quiet apartment with two bedrooms, terrace with a spectacular sea view, bathroom, and kitchen with small dining area. In total, this apartment fits 5 persons and is perfect for a family with small children or groups of friends. One room has a lowered ceiling making it a little bit hard for adults to enter inside however this does not impact the bed space when lying down. The space the large terrace provides compensates for the lack of a bedroom space.
The terrace is furnished with a large wooden table, benches, and two deckchairs for sunbathing. The table is covered with a large fixed parasol and the view from the terrace is breath-taking. In the evening, the sunsets can be watched from the terrace and are so relaxing that you will surely see the sun off several times with a glass of wine.
Comes with a fully equipped kitchen furnished with a fridge, freezer, stove, coffee machine, cutlery and utensils. A flat-screen TV is also provided as well as a private bathroom with a bidet and shower.
This apartment is fully furnished and also includes air conditioning and has free internet/Wi-Fi and satellite tv.
Please note that this apartment does not have a living room. The TV provided is in the main bedroom. But with the large terrace space you will not need a living room
A bicycle rental service is available at the apartment. Laundry service is provided in the building.
There is free private parking located in the garden of the house.
The location of the Blue apartment in the house is on the third floor.

Outdoor area
Cezar Apartments are located on top of Vinkuran with a beautiful view of the entire Vinkuran bay and the three little islands in front of the bay.
The apartments are in the new building, situated in a quiet seaside village with beautiful water views only 5 km from the city of Pula where you can see over 2000 years of history on display.
Only 500 metres away walking distance are a series of pristine beaches while also being 5 km from national parks.
If night life is what you are after, there are a number of beach bars nearby where you can enjoy a night on the beach or even have a swim under the stars. You can also explore the series of Night Clubs, Discos and Casinos all within a few kilometres from the house.
The local beach in Vinkuran is just below the hill and is hidden away by a thick underbrush and oak forest. There is an unpaved road that you can follow down to the beach which is located on the right side of Vinkuran bay
Connecting the series of ports between Vinkuran and Banjole, there is a promenade which you can tour the entire oceans edge of Vinkuran. Along this promenade are several isolated places for some peaceful swimming.
Only a 10 minute boat ride away you can visit either Fratarski island or the smaller island Fraškeri, both located just at the end of Vinkuran Bay. Upon arrival you’ll be met with beautiful crystal clear water and an almost untouched island landscape. Definitely do not forget to bring your snorkelling gear!
Just behind the house there is big garden terrace that all guests are welcome to use for breakfast, lunch, dinner or to simply relax at any time throughout the day.
If you ever have any questions, there is always somebody at home to provide information or help regarding your stay.

Access to the garden and house is through a garden gate that is unlocked at all times. Each apartment will be provided their own parking space for their stay.
Surrounding area
There is a small but well stocked supermarket two minutes walk from the house. The nearest beaches are a 10 minute walk away or can be reached in less than 2 minutes by car. On the beach in Vinkuran and Banjole you can always find plenty of free parking spaces. Travelling throughout Pula and the other nearby surrounding towns is best done by private car as the local transport services are currently few and far between.

Wir konnten die Reise sehr kurzfristig nicht wie geplant antreten und trafen erst 2 Tage später ein. Nataša bot uns an, kostenlos dafür 2 Tage länger zu bleiben! Dieses Angebot dokumentiert eindrucksvoll den Umgang mit ihren Gästen! Das Apartment über den Dächern von Vinkuran ist in jeder Hinsicht sehr zu empfehlen. Überhaupt sind wir voll des Lobes über unseren Aufenthalt bei der Dreigenerationen Familie! Der Senior lieh mir Werkzeug, schenkte uns Früchte aus dem Garten, Nataša konnte noch eine Flasche von ihrem leckeren Olivenöl für uns auftun. Sogar der Hofhund begrüßte uns Motorradfahrer mit wedelndem Schwanz. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten mal in der Herberge!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Wohnung entsprach genau den Bildern. Besonders haben wir die tolle Terrasse genossen, auf der ich entspannte Stunden verbringen konnte. Die Gastgeberin war stets überaus hilfsbereit und ihre Familie hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub, den wir gerne wiederholen würden!

Wir hatten bei Natasa einen tollen Aufenthalt. Natascha ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie hat uns alle Informationen über die Umgebung, Strände, Aktivitäten, Restaurants und vieles mehr bestens informiert. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit frei und wohl gefühlt. Die Dachterrasse war unser Highlight. Der Ausblick atemberaubend! Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Das Airbnb ist wunderschön gelegen und man hat einen fantastischen Blick vom Balkon aus auf die Bucht von Vinkuran. Die Küche ist zwar relativ klein, aber man hat alles nötige da um bis zu 5
Personen zu versorgen. Alles war wie beschrieben und die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Fußballplatz, sowie einen Supermarkt. Auch der Strand ist nicht weit und die Stadt ist gut per Uber/Taxi zu erreichen. Im ganzen würde ich das Airbnb auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
