The apartment has two well-appointed bedrooms, each with wardrobes. The accommodation comfortably sleeps up to four individuals, with one bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined together to form a king-size double bed).
Additionally, there is a spacious open plan area encompassing the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, making it an ideal setting for families. Air conditioning is provided in all rooms for added comfort. The apartment includes bed linen and bathroom towels, but guests are advised to bring their own beach towels.
Outdoor area
The apartment is situated on the first floor of a two-story building, with all rooms conveniently located on the same floor. Although there is a staircase leading to the second floor within the apartment, this area will be locked and inaccessible. For the convenience of guests, the apartment offers three private parking spaces at the rear of the property.

Perfektes Appartment in einer bezaubernden Ortschaft
Das Appartment hat eine tolle Lage – man ist in 2 min am Strand und auch im Zentrum von Fazana. Auch die Ausstattung ist wunderbar. Wir konnten die Vermieterin jederzeit anrufen bzw. anschreiben und haben immer sofort eine Antwort erhalten. Es war der perfekte Urlaub!

Private parking was great for us, climatization in rooms and bedroom, kitchen equipment (washing machine, mixer, dishes, dish towels and sponges – everything you need), clothes iron, vacuum cleaner.. the rooms were spacious and clean.. Location was super (beach cca 150m, shops, bars, ice scream, bakery, restauration…everything is a short distance from the apartment. the owner is very nice, she explains what is needed. we were here two families with small children and we recommend accommodation
Bestmöglichen Service!
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist wirklich top und lässt kaum Wünsche übrig. Die Lage ist sehr zentrumsnah aber doch ruhig. Zum Strand sind es nur 150 Meter. Die Vermieterin ist sehr bemüht und hat uns bestmöglichen Service geboten. Auch der Hausnachbar (spricht deutsch) war sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat auch die Schlüsselübergabe vorgenommen.

Ein sehr modern, neuwertig und üppig ausgestattetes Appartement! Fällt nicht ein, was man von
Zuhause mitnehmen müsste! Die Beschreibung und die Fotos sind ganz realistisch. Somit ein
liebes Dankeschön an Boriša und eine uneingeschränkte Weiterempfehlung unserseits!
