Location
Situated 500m from Vinkuran bay at the begining of the protected forest Soline, this holiday house is in a quiet neighbourhood occupied mostly with private houses and apartments. The town of Pula is a quick 5 minute drive away (4 km) while the towns of Medulin, Fažana or Premantura are between 5 to 10 minutes away. It is also a great location for a series of beach days as you can visit a different beach every day. There are more that 30 options within a 5 km radius including cape Kamenjak – a natural park that was named one of the top places in the world to see by National Geographic.
The nearest beach is just 500m from the apartment. This house is surrounded by approximately 10 km of great walking track near the coast while a couple of bike roads pass just in front of the house.

Outdoor area
Cezar Apartments are located on top of Vinkuran with a beautiful view of the entire Vinkuran bay and the three little islands in front of the bay.
The apartments are in the new building, situated in a quiet seaside village with beautiful water views only 5 km from the city of Pula where you can see over 2000 years of history on display.
Only 500 metres away walking distance are a series of pristine beaches while also being 5 km from national parks.
If night life is what you are after, there are a number of beach bars nearby where you can enjoy a night on the beach or even have a swim under the stars. You can also explore the series of Night Clubs, Discos and Casinos all within a few kilometres from the house.
The local beach in Vinkuran is just below the hill and is hidden away by a thick underbrush and oak forest. There is an unpaved road that you can follow down to the beach which is located on the right side of Vinkuran bay
Connecting the series of ports between Vinkuran and Banjole, there is a promenade which you can tour the entire oceans edge of Vinkuran. Along this promenade are several isolated places for some peaceful swimming.
Only a 10 minute boat ride away you can visit either Fratarski island or the smaller island Fraškeri, both located just at the end of Vinkuran Bay. Upon arrival you’ll be met with beautiful crystal clear water and an almost untouched island landscape. Definitely do not forget to bring your snorkelling gear!
Just behind the house there is big garden terrace that all guests are welcome to use for breakfast, lunch, dinner or to simply relax at any time throughout the day.
If you ever have any questions, there is always somebody at home to provide information or help regarding your stay.

Distinctive features
Access to the garden and house is through a garden gate that is unlocked at all times. Each apartment will be provided their own parking space for their stay.
Surrounding area
There is a small but well stocked supermarket two minutes walk from the house. The nearest beaches are a 10 minute walk away or can be reached in less than 2 minutes by car. On the beach in Vinkuran and Banjole you can always find plenty of free parking spaces. Travelling throughout Pula and the other nearby surrounding towns is best done by private car as the local transport services are currently few and far between.

Naša hostiteľka Marija bola skvelá hostiteľka. veľmi nám pomohla svojimi informáciami o reštauráciach , plážach a kultúrnych podujatiach. Apartmán bol čistý a priestranný. Okolie tiché s krásnymi plážami v blízkom okolí. vrelo odporúčam.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf bij Cezar Green in Vinkuran.
De gastvrouw was erg aardig, goed bereikbaar en gaf enthousiast heel fijne en goede tips over bezienswaardigheden/restaurants/etc in de buurt.
Het door ons gehuurde 1 slaapkamer appartement was ruim genoeg voor ons gezin van drie + hond, was voorzien van een klein maar prettig balkon, goed onderhouden, proper en had airco.
We voelden ons helemaal thuis. Ons verblijf was top!
De ligging vormt de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen naar Pula, Medulin, Kamenjak,…
Auto is uiteraard een must.
Love it
L’appartement est spacieux, bien placé et confortable, équipé de la Clim. C’est toutefois un peu bruyant (on entend les autres logements et je pense qu’ils nous entendent !).
Wir wollen wieder kommen!
Unseren Urlaub bei Marija war wunderschön. Es hat sich so angefühlt als ob man bei Leuten zu Hause war. Das alte Airbnb-Gefühl mit Luxus ist hier noch vorhanden. Alles war super sauber. Wir durften unsere Fahrräder auf dem Innenhof hinstellen, unser Auto parken.
Die Betten waren gut und die Klima war angenehm weil es sehr warm war. Kamenjak ist um der Ecke und da ist es wunderschön am Meer zu sein, aber auch an anderen Stränden in der Nähe ist es herrlich. Die Gegend ist wunderschön und die Gastgeber sind wahnsinnig nett. Wir wollen wieder kommen!
