Location
Situated 500m from Vinkuran bay at the begining of the protected forest Soline, this holiday house is in a quiet neighbourhood occupied mostly with private houses and apartments. The town of Pula is a quick 5 minute drive away (4 km) while the towns of Medulin, Fažana or Premantura are between 5 to 10 minutes away. It is also a great location for a series of beach days as you can visit a different beach every day. There are more that 30 options within a 5 km radius including cape Kamenjak – a natural park that was named one of the top places in the world to see by National Geographic.
The nearest beach is just 500m from the apartment. This house is surrounded by approximately 10 km of great walking track near the coast while a couple of bike roads pass just in front of the house.
Cezar Apartments offers a large garden, terrace, and air-conditioned accommodation each with a balcony and free Wi-Fi.

This is a very quiet apartment with two bedrooms, terrace with sea view, living room, bathroom and kitchen with dining area. In total this apartment fits 4 persons. This apartment is perfect for a family with children, a friend group or two couples.
Comes with a fully equipped kitchen furnished with a fridge, freezer, stove, coffee machine, cutlery and utensils. A flat-screen TV is also provided as well as a private bathroom with a bidet and shower.
This apartment is fully furnished and also includes air conditioning and has free internet/Wi-Fi and satellite tv.
A bicycle rental service is available at the apartment. Laundry service is provided in the building.
There is free private parking located in the garden of the house.
The location of the Red apartment in the house is on first floor.
Additional amenities include: bed linen and towels provided. Baby cot if needed.
Outdoor area
Cezar Apartments are located on top of Vinkuran with a beautiful view of the entire Vinkuran bay and the three little islands in front of the bay.
The apartments are in the new building, situated in a quiet seaside village with beautiful water views only 5 km from the city of Pula where you can see over 2000 years of history on display.
Only 500 metres away walking distance are a series of pristine beaches while also being 5 km from national parks.
If night life is what you are after, there are a number of beach bars nearby where you can enjoy a night on the beach or even have a swim under the stars. You can also explore the series of Night Clubs, Discos and Casinos all within a few kilometres from the house.
The local beach in Vinkuran is just below the hill and is hidden away by a thick underbrush and oak forest. There is an unpaved road that you can follow down to the beach which is located on the right side of Vinkuran bay
Connecting the series of ports between Vinkuran and Banjole, there is a promenade which you can tour the entire oceans edge of Vinkuran. Along this promenade are several isolated places for some peaceful swimming.
Only a 10 minute boat ride away you can visit either Fratarski island or the smaller island Fraškeri, both located just at the end of Vinkuran Bay. Upon arrival you’ll be met with beautiful crystal clear water and an almost untouched island landscape. Definitely do not forget to bring your snorkelling gear!
Just behind the house there is big garden terrace that all guests are welcome to use for breakfast, lunch, dinner or to simply relax at any time throughout the day.
If you ever have any questions, there is always somebody at home to provide information or help regarding your stay.
Upon arrival, all the information about where to go and what to do will be provided on flyers, pamphlets and on the web page for the apartments.
Distinctive features
Access to the garden and house is through a garden gate that is unlocked at all times. Each apartment will be provided their own parking space for their stay.
Surrounding area
There is a small but well stocked supermarket two minutes walk from the house. The nearest beaches are a 10 minute walk away or can be reached in less than 2 minutes by car. On the beach in Vinkuran and Banjole you can always find plenty of free parking spaces. Travelling throughout Pula and the other nearby surrounding towns is best done by private car as the local transport services are currently few and far between.

Great apartment!
Nice Appartment in the outskirts of Pula, 5 min walking distance to a nice bay with a yachtclub and 15 min. drive to kamenjak peninsula. 2 rooms with double beds and a living room with small kitchen, refrigerator, balcony, bath and AC + easy parking.
Marija is very kind and helpful and run a webpage with all kind relevant info for your stay in pula.

a krásně připravené. V klidné lokalitě. Za obchodem, restaurací či barem si musíte popojet autem.

Great place!
We‘ve spend 12 days at Natasa‘s apartment and it was a really enjoyable stay. The apartment was big enough for us two couples. Every bedroom had it‘s own balcony with a great view and there was enough space to sit together in the evening. The apartment had everything you need. It is located in a very calm village near a little bay. But we recommend to have a car for grocery shopping and for visiting the beautiful beaches nearby. Also there aren‘t many restaurants at this place. We often went to Pula for diner. Natasa was a very friendly and great host. At our arrival she gave us many information and tips. On one day, her father took us to an island by his boat where we spend the whole day, that was amazing. He also grilled fish for us which was the best fish we had by far. We definitely recommend this place and Natasa as a host!

Sehr schöne Lage. Kurze Wege mach Pula oder Medulin. Strand direkt in der Nähe. Wohnung war sauber und entsprach den Angaben. Sehr gute Tipps von der Vermieterin.
