Location
Situated in a tranquil neighbourhood predominantly comprised of private houses and apartments, this modern holiday house boasts a private, heated, and illuminated pool, complete with a shallow paddling pool for children.
The house is conveniently located, with the town of Fazana just a 5-minute drive away and Pula a mere 15 minutes away. The beach can be reached on foot within 15 minutes or in under 5 minutes by car.
Features
Architecturally designed for spaciousness, this two-story house spans 150 m2. An open-plan ground floor is centred around a large living room. A staircase leads up to a first-floor balcony, granting access to all three bedrooms and a sizable family bathroom with both a shower and bathtub. On the ground floor, you’ll find a kitchen, living room, dining room, and a smaller bathroom with a shower. Whilst the kitchen is compact, it functions best as a serving kitchen for the barbecues to be had outside on the patio. The patio has a small outdoor kitchen equipped with a large gas barbecue, stove, and fridge. Heating and air conditioning are available throughout the house. The accommodation comfortably sleeps up to six individuals, with sleeping arrangements comprising one bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m wide) and two bedrooms with two single beds each (which can be joined together to form king-size double beds).
The house offers various amenities, including a kitchen with an oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. There is no microwave. The bathroom features a shower, bathtub, and a washing machine. In the living area, you’ll find a smart TV, stereo system, and Bluetooth speaker.
Outdoor area
The outdoor space revolves around two heated pools: one designed for children (1.5 x 2m, 40cm deep) and another for adults (8 x 4m, 140cm deep). Tiled steps provide easy access to both pools. If desired, the pools can be heated for an additional cost, ensuring enjoyable swimming even during rainy weather. The sun deck faces south, providing sunshine throughout the day. Five sun loungers are available for sunbathing, or alternatively can be shaded if required. As already mentioned, the terrace features an open kitchen equipped with a grill, fridge, and cooking stove, perfect for evening barbecues and socialising. Private parking is available for one car, with the possibility of accommodating two cars if parked one behind the other.
Destinctive features
Access to the garden and house is via the side street, both for vehicles and pedestrians. The rental encompasses the entire house. The separate parking area and garage, utilised as storage space, is inaccessible to guests.
Upon arrival, guests will receive a pamphlet containing information about the villa, as well as showcasing nearby amenities.
Surrounding area
A well-stocked supermarket is just a two-minute walk from the house. The beach is a pleasant 15-minute stroll away or can be reached in under 5 minutes by car. Ample parking spaces are available at the beach. Exploring Pula and the neighbouring towns is most convenient by private car, as local transport services are currently limited in availability.

Excellent villa. Very clean pool and sunbathing area. Pleasant 45 minute walk (scenic route along the sea front) to Fažana for good choice of restaurants. Bus stop nearby (20 minute ride into Pula). Table tennis table was a bonus and got a lot of use with teenagers.
Interior a little bit dated but comfy and spacious.

The private pool in the garden was great; we used it every day. The outdoor kitchen with grill was also very practical. The seating and lounging areas were comfortable and you could shade everything if needed. The furnishings in the house are a bit older, but everything was still clean. The size of the house is perfect for 6 people, so you won’t feel cramped even on rainy days. The house is located in a quiet residential area, and the sea can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Nataša did a great job; she gave us lots of useful tips for our stay and leisure activities. If there were any problems, she immediately had a solution ready.

Really spacious, clean house in quiet residential neighbourhood. Private parking on drive, 15 min walk to local beach and beach bars, 3 min walk to local supermarket. House is spotless and well stocked. The host Natasa is very responsive and helpful.

Vi koste oss. Fint basseng og fint uteområde. Aircondition på alle soverom fungerte meget bra. Marija informerte om alle severdigheter og ting å gjøre i området. 10 minutter gange til nærmeste strand og 3km til nærmeste by, Fazana. Kort kjørevei inn til Pula. Kort vei til nærmeste butikk og restauranter. Fleksibel i fht. utsjekk var vi veldig glad for!

Die Unterkunft war bisher mit Abstand die beste, die wir bisher hatten. Das Haus sieht aus wie auf den Fotos, die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und wie beschrieben. Das ganze Haus war sehr sauber, ebenso das Außengelände. Die Hausverwaltung war stets zu allen Zeiten zu erreichen und hat alle Probleme zeitnah geklärt. Der Pool ist eins der Highlights, den vor allem unsere Kinder viel genutzt haben. Die anfänglichen Probleme mit der Plane wurden zügig gelöst. Die Außenanlage zum Kochen ist ein weiteres Highlight und wurde von uns sehr gerne genutzt. Unter der Überdachung haben wir zu allen Tageszeiten gegessen und konnten dort selbst bei Regen gemütlich sitzen. Die Tischtennisplatte war ebenfalls eine gelungene Ergänzung.
Das Haus liegt in einer guten Lage. In 3 min erreicht man mit dem Auto eine sehr gute Bäckerei, in ca. 5 min einen gut sortierten Supermarkt. In Pula mit Lidl, Decathlon, DM etc. sowie den vielen Stränden und Buchten ist man in 10 bis 15 min.. Klare Empfehlung von uns!
