Location
Situated in a tranquil neighbourhood predominantly comprised of private houses and apartments, this modern holiday house boasts a private, heated, and illuminated pool, complete with a shallow paddling pool for children.
The house is conveniently located, with the town of Fazana just a 5-minute drive away and Pula a mere 15 minutes away. The beach can be reached on foot within 15 minutes or in under 5 minutes by car.
Features
Architecturally designed for spaciousness, this two-story house spans 150 m2. An open-plan ground floor is centred around a large living room. A staircase leads up to a first-floor balcony, granting access to all three bedrooms and a sizable family bathroom with both a shower and bathtub. On the ground floor, you’ll find a kitchen, living room, dining room, and a smaller bathroom with a shower. Whilst the kitchen is compact, it functions best as a serving kitchen for the barbecues to be had outside on the patio. The patio has a small outdoor kitchen equipped with a large gas barbecue, stove, and fridge. Heating and air conditioning are available throughout the house. The accommodation comfortably sleeps up to six individuals, with sleeping arrangements comprising one bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m wide) and two bedrooms with two single beds each (which can be joined together to form king-size double beds).
The house offers various amenities, including a kitchen with an oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. There is no microwave. The bathroom features a shower, bathtub, and a washing machine. In the living area, you’ll find a smart TV, stereo system, and Bluetooth speaker.
Outdoor area
The outdoor space revolves around two heated pools: one designed for children (1.5 x 2m, 40cm deep) and another for adults (8 x 4m, 140cm deep). Tiled steps provide easy access to both pools. If desired, the pools can be heated for an additional cost, ensuring enjoyable swimming even during rainy weather. The sun deck faces south, providing sunshine throughout the day. Five sun loungers are available for sunbathing, or alternatively can be shaded if required. As already mentioned, the terrace features an open kitchen equipped with a grill, fridge, and cooking stove, perfect for evening barbecues and socialising. Private parking is available for one car, with the possibility of accommodating two cars if parked one behind the other.
Destinctive features
Access to the garden and house is via the side street, both for vehicles and pedestrians. The rental encompasses the entire house. The separate parking area and garage, utilised as storage space, is inaccessible to guests.
Upon arrival, guests will receive a pamphlet containing information about the villa, as well as showcasing nearby amenities.
Surrounding area
A well-stocked supermarket is just a two-minute walk from the house. The beach is a pleasant 15-minute stroll away or can be reached in under 5 minutes by car. Ample parking spaces are available at the beach. Exploring Pula and the neighbouring towns is most convenient by private car, as local transport services are currently limited in availability.

Schöner ruhiger Urlaub!
Wir waren zu sechst im Urlaub. Der Platz ist ausreichend. Das Haus ist in einen sehr ruhigen Straße. Das Meer erreicht man in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Gleich um die Ecke war ein Geschäft, dass alles hatte was man so braucht.
Auch Restaurants waren in der Nähe.
Der Pool war super. Auch der Aussenbereich zum sitzen und grillen hatte genügend Platz.
Nataša war immer erreichbar und nett.
Die Outdoor Dusche funktionierte nicht, dadurch mussten wir ins Haus zum duschen.
Im Pool ist eigentlich alles verboten, keine Luftmatratze, kein Ball spielen, nicht vom Rand springen! Wenn wir im öffentlichen Freibad wären ok, aber privat Pool?!
Das ist jammern auf hohen Niveau, aber das haben wir nicht verstanden.
Sonst war der Pool super.
Das beste daran, das Babybecken!
Küche und Bad wären noch bisschen mehr renovierungsbedürftig, aber sauber.
Beim oberen Bad, hat jeder Einblick, wer beim duschen ist. Uns hat es nicht gestört, ist aber nicht jedermanns Sache.
Schöner und erholsamer Urlaub
Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Highlights sind der große beheizte Pool und die überdachte Terrasse mit einer Outdoor-Küche.
Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.
Der Gastgeber stellt eigenes sehr gutes Olivenöl her. Es lohnt sich dieses zu probieren.

Sehr freundlicher Service und liebevolle Ausstattung des Hauses. Es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht und sogar noch mehr! Besonders gut haben uns der Pool und die Outdoor-Küche gefallen!

Es war im Juli 2023 ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus. Hier fehlt es einem an nichts! Der Pool hat ein „Wow“ verdient!!! Nataša ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Danke für alles!
