The villa Soline Ada is at the beginning of the forest Soline, surrounded with ethereal nature and tranquillity. There are two great beaches nearby, both a 10min walk away. One is at the bay Soline whilst the other is in Pjescana Uvala itself. There are also more than 20 beaches in a 5 km radius from the villa. One of them is Rt. Kamenjak, nominated one of the best 100 nature reserves in the world by National Geographic. Little village Pješćana Uvala is within a walking distance of 800 m, with a little promenade with restaurants, bars and souvenir shops. The town Pula is 4 km away from the house. It’s an old Roman town offering a lot of history and architecture.
The location offers you a quiet night for a good night’s sleep and for watching the stars. There is only one neighbour behind the house, a guarantee for privacy.

What can you expect when you arrive at the memorable Soline Ada villa?
In nature, this holiday home is perfect for family friends, becuase it is actually a composition of 4 apartments.
On the first floor, you will find a large 2 bedroom apartment 120m2: two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open-plan modern kitchen and living room, leading to a spacious, sunny terrace overlooking the picturesque and beautiful forest.
4 people can sleep in the upstairs apartment. One bedroom has a big king sized bed (this room also has extra AC) , and the second has a queen sized bed. This apartment has great kitchen equipment with a gas stove and a dish washer.
On the ground floor, there are three apartments, each for 2 people. Two of them are 30 m2( studio apartments with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a fridge and a TV in the bedroom). The third apartment of 35 m2, has a living room, a bigger kitchen with complete equipment and a dish washer. On ground floor, there is also a great terrace with a big dining table for 10 people. All apartments are A/C equipped and all have Wi-Fi.
All together the villa fits 10 people, 4 people on the first floor and 6 people (2 in each apartment) downstairs.
The villa is nested on a large plot where you can enjoy the space in front of the house as well as the space at the back. There is a jacuzzi for having great nights relaxing in the peace and quiet. If you need a good night sleep, with no disturbances from anybody, this is a great choice for you.
Outdoor area
Outside of the house is a great terrace for sunbathing and quite a big jacuzzi for 8 people. In the hallway, there is a big dining table for 10 people. That table is in the shade and there’s always a little breeze.
Behind the house there are 5 parking spaces, but also some part is a grass lawn, so kids can play.
If you need a good night’s sleep, with no disturbances from anybody, this is a great choice for you.
Guest access
You’ll be also able to leave your car on-site, with a remotely navigated parking gate.
The host will meet you at the location, and give all the info you need for your stay in the villa.
Other things to note
If you enjoy swimming, scuba diving, hiking, cycling and walks, the villa is in an excellent location to pursue all of your favourite activities.
The villa is just 800m away from Pješčana Uvala, which offers lots of restaurants, cute cafes, shops and a nice beach. The villa is 4 km away from the centre of Pula and a 15min drive away from the airport.

Natasa is a super hostess: helpful, always available, friendly and very professional. She also
has many tips for activities around the apartment (see the printed guide in the apartment or Natasha
homepage). This was very helpful. The apartment was clean and very well equipped (especially the
kitchen). I had a very nice stay 🙂
Great house for a long/short stay and for a family or group of friends.
The villa was a spacious property with a large garden close to the forest. It was in an excellent
location and it only took a 10min walk to the beach.
Attrezzata e molto bella!
La posizione a 15 minuti a piedi per arrivare spiaggia, attrezzata e molto bella. a lato della casa si
trova una via sterrata che in altri 15 minuti ti porta in altra spiaggi più tranquilla, molto carina. Appartamento posizione tranquilla , struttura pulita e curata, piacevole la Vasca jacuzzi da usare
la sera con successivo relax sui lettini disponibili in giardino. Abbiamo avuto un guasto al piano
cottura , Natascia e il marito ( gli Host) si sono subito adoperati e in mezza giornata ci hanno fatto
avere un piano cottura nuovo. Super efficienza. Ci sono un po’ di zanzare , ma siamo stati forniti di tutti i possibili repellenti, quindi si riusciva tranquillamente a rimanere in giardino.
