P.S. Deluxe

The breathtaking P.S. deluxe Villa is an oasis for relaxation located in Vintjan, a small village on the southern tip of Istria. Vintijan  lies on  the beggining of the Medulin archipelago, protected from the winds and wrapped by the shade of trees. This villa is situated outside the city crowd in complete peace and offers a premium comfort experience through its luxury furnishings, modern appliances, and spacious environment.

This part of Istria was specifically noticed by the Romans and it was the location they chose to build their spas, villas, and harbour. The Romans were responsible for building a handful of historically magnificent monuments, one of which being the amphitheatre. The stones for amphiteater is pick from the Cave Romana in Vintijan. This amphitheatre is one of the most beautiful in the world with various musicians and actors claiming so and choosing to host their concerts within its walls. This spectacular stage is 10km from Con Brio and is a must-see experience during your stay.

On a 3000 m² property lies the 400 m² P.S. Deluxe  Villa. The villa boasts extravagance with its open living and dining space, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, grand terrace, and sea views, outdoor kitchen, fitness, entertainment room.  For rain days you can find some extra space in wine saller with second kitchen and fire place.  It is a suitable and comfortable accommodation for 8 people.

The villa consists of three floors which are connected by internal stairs. Special attention was paid to the comfort and enjoyment of guests as seen through the furnishing and equipment found in the rooms, with the small details giving you that special welcoming and accommodating feel.

On the ground floor, the villa has magnificent window corner whitch is connected with gallery where you can spend your time in games of billiard table and playstation. The fully equipped kitchen, living, and dining room. This large, open living space extends further through two large glass walls, one of which opening and leading to the pool by the olive grove, and the other to a covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen and grill.

The bedrooms are furnished with a super king bed, large smart TV, and private ensuite bathroom with a cosmetic flare that adds a perfect relaxing and inviting touch.  

Some fun and entertainment options for the whole family include a PlayStation room, an outdoor playground. There is also a sauna, gym, and outdoor jacuzzi for relaxation with spectacular sea view on sunset.

The sea is undoubtedly the main attraction in this corner of paradise. Its rich blueness holds a wealth of fragrances and flavours that it has so generously provided for thousands of years.
