Location
Situated in a tranquil neighbourhood predominantly comprised of private houses and apartments, this modern holiday house boasts a private, heated and illuminated pool.
The house is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive away from Pula and 30 min to Labin. The beach can be reached under 15 minutes by car. It is extremely practical that it is only a 5-minute drive from the highway, with which you are within easy reach of larger cities such as Rovinj, Poreč.
Features
Architecturally designed for spaciousness, this two-story house spans 150 m2. An open-plan ground floor is centred around a large living room. On the ground floor, you’ll find a kitchen, living room, dining room, two ensuite bedroom’s and a smaller toilette with washing machine. A staircase leads up to a first-floor where are two ensuite bedroom’s. Heating and air conditioning are available throughout the house. The accommodation comfortably sleeps up to eight individuals, with sleeping arrangements comprising with a double bed (1.80 m wide).
The house offers various amenities, including a kitchen with an oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower, and a washing machine. In the living area, you’ll find a smart TV.
Outdoor
The outdoor space revolves around heated pool with special system of piroliza (not using chemicals but salts): (8 x 4m, 140cm deep). Tiled steps provide easy access to pool. If desired, the pool can be heated for an additional cost, ensuring enjoyable swimming even during rainy weather. The sun deck faces south, providing sunshine throughout the day. Sun loungers are available for sunbathing, or alternatively can be shaded if required. Private parking is available for two car’s, if parked one behind the other. Extra parking places is infront of the garden wall.
Surrounding area
A well-stocked supermarket is located in Loborika. There is just 10 min of drive to Pula where you can find the couple of great supermarket. The beach you have to reach by the car. There are options like Fažana, Pula, Šišan or Ližnjan and Medulin riviera, everything 15 -25 min of driving. Exploring Pula and the neighbouring towns is most convenient by private car, as local transport services are currently limited in availability. Airport of Pula is just 5 min of driving.

Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Der Pool hat eine tolle Größe und hat uns viel Freude bereitet.
Die Ausstattung des Hauses war wirklich bemerkenswert. An jede Kleinigkeit wurde gedacht und es hat an nichts gefehlt!
Die Lage ist ruhig aber vor allem für Personen die mit Auto anreisen super! Auch der Flughafen von Pula ist sehr nah, auch wenn man ihn nie wirklich durch Lärm bemerkt.
Außerdem gibt es einen Katalog, der viele nützliche Informationen und Hinweise zum Haus und der Umgebung bietet.
Alles in allem uneingeschränkte Empfehlung! Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und haben uns auch immer sehr gut betreut gefühlt. Wenn man Fragen hatte, dann wurde einem freundlich und schnell geholfen.
